processing time before dispatching orders is 1-5 days. this time frame is exclusive for jewelry pieces already made and in stock. alternated and custom orders may take longer, depending on the causalities.
all carrier services provide a tracking number, which will be sent to the buyer's email address after expedition.
said carrier services are also responsible for the package after its drop-off. any damaged or lost goods will be resolved through them.

packaging
- every order will be shipped in a shipping carton box or a bubble mailer, depending on its size. each jewelry piece will be shipped in its own jewelry box and protected by other layers of material within.
- feel free to request gift wrapping or wrapping specifications via the contact form or the order instructions bubble in your cart - whether you'd like to gift an important one or own self, your jewelry piece will be wrapped with love free of charge
- every ordered jewelry piece is accompanied by a jewelry care sheet and a polishing cloth alongside some little physical ways of showing my gratitude to you
jewelry care
- every product is made of stainless steel or silver chains - therefore it's part which sit on your skin are generally water-resistant; sweating or perfume usage doesn't much affect them. contact with water may matte tin parts and yellow the resin ones, therefore it's highly recommended to limit activities such as showering to a minimum
- all used metal materials are hypoallergenic and setting varnishes used on the backs of the pendants are skin safe
- each jewelry piece comes with a polishing cloth, which can be used to bring back its spark
- high physical activity while wearing my jewelry pieces isn't recommended due to the risk of their damage, some of their parts, especially the spiky ones may also cause wounding if pressed hard

- each piece is made by hand and tiny imperfections may appear, though i'm continuously trying my best to reduce these to zero
- some aspects such as colors may slightly differ on natural light, as the photos are taken using studio lights
